Biased here being Norwegian, but nature wise Norway knocks them all down. There are no spectacular mountains or fjords in the rest of Scandinavia. Denmark is completely flat. Sweden and Finland are also fairly flat but got big forests and lakes. Norway is also where you likely see most Viking stuff. The only preserved Viking ships and viking churches (stave churches) are in Norway.
A reason to go to the rest of Scandinavia is that it is more cultured especially Denmark. Copenhagen is an amazing historical city with castles and beautiful buildings from the 1700s. Stockholm, Sweden also has rich history as has a beautiful surroundings being built on top of multiple islands. Both Sweden and Denmark were once major powers in Europe so there are more impressive historical things left from 1600-1700 e.g.
Oslo, Norway is a much more modern city. Few things are older than 1800s. Norway is all about the nature. Swedes and Danes are more urban people. Norway is all about hiking, skiing etc. Oslo subways go straight into the forrest and ski slopes so you can bring your snowboard to work and get on the subway to the slopes after work.
